Examples of outstanding achievement include: new or innovative research, new or improved equipment, development of new characteristics in germplasms or varieties, improved pollination or germplasm collection, improved Rhizobium performance, dedicated service to societies, seed boards, or committees.
An emphasis should be placed on recent research, with completion of the achievement occurring within the past two years.
